Open Run Prompt (Windows Key 
+R) Type regedit and Click OK

Click on Yes in UAC prompt to Launch Registry editor
Navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\LogMeInRescueCallingCard
Right Click on registry key LogMeInRescueCallingCard and Click Permissions
Select the User account and Uncheck Full Control Under Allow
Click Apply
Similarly Disable Full Control for all the other user accounts listed including System and
Administrator
