Windows 10 - Add Scan with Windows Defender to Context

Open Run Prompt (Windows Key +R) Type regedit and Click OK

Navigate to

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell

Right-click the shell key and Create New Key

Rename it as WindowsDefender

Right Click on WindowsDefender Subkey

Create new Sting Value

Rename it as

Icon

Double Click on Icon and set Below Value

%ProgramFiles%\\Windows Defender\\EppManifest.dll

Click OK

Create a New String

Rename it as

MUIVerb

Double Click on MUIVerb string and set the Below Value

Scan With Windows Defender

Click OK
