Method 1:
Using Rotation Hotkeys
Press and hold Ctrl + Alt on keyboard.
2. While holding on those keys, press any of the four arrows on keyboard for desired angle. Here ar e the control directions and attributes.
· Right Arrow – rotate the screen at 90 degrees
· Down Arrow – rotate the screen at 180 degrees
· Left Arrow – rotate the scr een at 270 degrees
· Up Arrow- retur ns the screen to normal position
For Dual or Multiple Monitor Computers:
If you have multiple monitors, make sure that the cursor is on the screen you wanted to rotate before initializing the command. Alternatively you can use Ctrl + Alt + Tab to select which of the running applications to turn.
Method 2:
Display properties
1. Right-click on an empty area on desktop.
2. Click on Screen resolution.

5. Click on OK when you are happy with settings.
Method 3:
Using Display adapter Software
Nvidia Display adapter
Right Click on Desktop and Select NVIDIA Control Panel
Click on Rotate display in NVIDIA Control Panel
ATI Catalyst Control Center
Right Click on Desktop Select ATI Catalyst Control Center
Select Rotate Desktop and set the orientation
In Older versions of Catalyst Control Center
Select Displays manager and Change the Orientation under Rotation.
Intel Display Adapters
Right Click on Desktop and Click on Graphics Properties
In Intel Display settings change the Orientation

Method 4:
Disable Third Party Applications that can rotate the screen
Some Third party Application can cause the Screen to rotate. Please confirm if customer is using any applications to rotate the screen. Below is an example of third party application that can rotate or change orientation of the screen.
