Windows 10 – View Google Calendar events in Windows Calendar App

Note: - Below provided method is one way sync. Events from Google calendar will sync to
Microsoft account.

Step 1:


Open Google calendar webpage

Log in to Google account.

On the calendar page, click the arrow next to the calendar under My calendars and select
Calendar settings from the drop-down menu.

In the Private Address section of the Details page that displays, click the green ICAL button.

The Private Address dialog box displays, showing you the URL for the selected Google
Calendar. Select the URL and copy it by pressing Ctrl + C.

Step 2:

Login to Microsoft account

Click on "Import" at the top of the screen: -

Click "Subscribe"

Paste the Friends’ Birthday Calendar URL copied earlier

•    Enter a name for birthday calendar (Ex. Facebook Birthday calendar)
•    Select a Color for the events
•    Click Subscribe

Similarly subscribe upcoming calendar
Open the Calendar app, right-click anywhere on the screen and click on "Sync" in the lower- left corner.
